Bailey’s Roofing & Construction is looking for a new Outside Sales Representative in Lawton, Norman, or Duncan to join our team.

The Outside Sales Representative for Bailey’s will provide a high level of:

• Utilizing phone and field selling skills to sell our services
• Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts
• Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary
• Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution for customers
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-markers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other obstacles
• Manage accounts from initial consultation to installation

Candidate Requirements include:

• Organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-started who loves contributing to team goals
• Current valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with various forms of technology, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.
• Ability to climb on roofs
• Must have stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills and be able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to adapt to change, follow instructions and directives
• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous roofing experience NOT required
