Next, the payment terms should be covered. It should include information about down payments, progress payments, end payments, and payment methods. This should be explained in-depth for all parties. Lastly, you should have an option to hold back the final payment until you are completely satisfied with the job. 

Estimated Materials

Along with how much the roof will cost, an experienced roofer should estimate how much material they will need to complete the project. A list of what and how much of each material is required should be laid out in your estimate. An experienced roofer can even include the brand of materials they will need. 

Specific Description of Work
